Το Υπουργείο Άμυνας της Ουκρανίας σχεδιάζει να αγοράσει πολεμικά πλοία από χώρες μέλη του ΝΑΤΟ, τα οποία δεν θεωρούνται απαραίτητα σε αυτές.
