The European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) with the Council of Europe (CoE) Wednesday put out a monitoring report on the Republic of North Macedonia which notes, among other things, attacks on persons self-identifying as Bulgarians.

Lake Prespa, one of Europe's oldest lakes and home to more than 2,000 species of fish, birds, mammals, and plants, is rapidly receding. The locals, who depend on the lake for their livelihoods, fear what's to come.

A school named “Macedonia”, which has 24 classrooms named after North Macedonian cities, will start taking pupils on September 11, 2023, in Malatya, Turkey.

Half a million Bulgarian levs for Bulgarians living in North Macedonia and abroad

The Bulgarian government has provided 500.000 levs (256.000 euros) for financing projects for Bulgarian communities in Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Ukraine, Moldavia including civic organizations in North Macedonia with Bulgarian orientation.
