The Prime
Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, held a meeting with the rapporteur for
Kosovo’s membership in the Council of Europe, Dora Bakoyannis.
In a post on Facebook, he writes that the meeting was held three and a half months after their meeting in Crete, Greece, and 14 years after her last visit to Kosovo.
“Kosovo’s
membership in the Council of Europe is a historical objective and process for
our country. We are convinced that we are on the right path, besides we believe
that we deserve to become the new country in the continent’s oldest
international organization”, wrote Kurti.
