The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, said on the Telegram app that an energy infrastructure site was hit in a drone strike on Friday.
Kiper labelled the perpetrators Russian terrorists.

civilian employee was injured and hospitalized. The building was damaged, and a
fire broke out but was then quickly extinguished.
