The ‘Pari.mk’
website, in cooperation with the ‘BusinessNetwork.mk’ platform, made an
analysis: How much the mineral wealth and mineral resources brought turnover
and profit to the companies from this sector.
The data shows that the largest 5 mining companies have foreign owners, they achieved a total income of almost 270 million euros, and their net earnings were around 68 million euros.
The record
holder in terms of revenue and profit is the Sasa lead and zinc mine.
Its income in 2022 was 119.8 million euros,
which is 26% more than in 2021, while last year’s profit was 40.2 million
euros.
The Sasa
mine is owned by the international company Central Asia Metal, based in London,
since 2017.
