Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has recommended that
Kosovo be invited to become a member of the Council of Europe – while deciding

of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said that Kosovo is forming extremely strong forces
and that the process is managed by America, contrary to international law and
UN resolution 1244, stressing that because of this, Serbia must drastically
strengthen its military.
